HOW LONG ARE YOUR SESSIONS AND WHAT ARE THE FEES?
All appointments are approximately 60 minutes and cost $95. Sessions for children under 9 are $55 and are approximately 30 minutes.
Can Craniosacral help me?
Pain or dysfunction occurs when the optimal flow of messages throughout the nervous system gets compromised through stress, injury, or trauma.
The body communicates in ways we must attend to through careful listening and dialogue. Craniosacral Therapy facilitates this communication between the nervous system, brain and spinal cord.

What are your HOURS?
Office hours are on Sundays and through Wednesday from 11am to 7pm. I have intermittent availability on other days. Sessions are by appointment only.
What Happens During a Session?
Sessions start with a consultation to establish an overview of the clients health, and what the client would like to get out of their session. The client will then lie down on a comfortable table, fully clothed, while the treatment is carried out. The therapist will most likely start by holding your feet to get an overview of the patterns being expressed in your connective tissue, and then they may move to another part of your body. The touch is neutral and no manipulation is carried out. All changes in the body are a result of the changes in the client’s nervous system.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
To allow the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. The full fee will be payable if appointments are cancelled or postponed with less than 12 hours notice before the session. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you happen to arrive late for an appointment, your visit will likely be shortened and end at the originally scheduled time in order to accommodate other patients whose appointments follow yours.
